Blocked from accessing Jotform in company network

    Hi Jotform,

    I'm having difficulty using your website inside my company's network. When I click login, nothing happens. The pages also don't load properly once logged in.

    Our IT department said you are linking to another domain you own that our server says the certificate is expired on. GET https://cdn.jotfor.ms/assets/img/logo/logo-new@4x.png net::ERR_INSECURE_RESPONSE 

    All the images that are not appearing are getting that error. Our security blocks insecure items.

    Is there a way you could remedy this?

    Thank you for contacting us.

    It seems that the CDN links are not accessible from your company's network for some reason. The SSL certificate appears to be fine on our end, and we are not currently getting any similar reports from other users.

    You may ask your IT department to check this further. It is also worth trying to whitelist the following addresses to see if that helps with the CDN access. 

    *.unicorncdn.net
    *.vultr.com

    It's actually working fine again. I'm not sure why, but I'll take it! Thanks for your reply.
