I am not getting prompted to upload an encryption key

    Hi, We have been using Jotform encrypted for some time now, but all of a sudden I am opening my forms and only seeing encrypted lettering. It's not asking for me to upload my key and I can't figure out how to do this manually. See attached screenshot

    You can clear your browser's cookies related to JotForm in order to clear them from any information. Then log in and go again to the submissions page. This should prompt you again to upload the key.

    If the problems persist, it would be great if you can tell us the browser version you are using so we can make a test to replicate.
