I currently have an account that I downgraded because of the lack of support that is available to me through Jotform. I would like the ability to an expert via phone (or at least chat) to solve problems we have with functions with JotForm. Many times we do not have the ability to earn a PHD on how to use JotForm to solve our concerns. Many times email does not help or provides more confusion. Is there any way to get additional LIVE support as I would like to continue to use JotForm.

Unfortunately, we do not have phone support. The best way to reach us is via Support Forum.
We do have chat support but it is not currently open. You will see a Live Chat button at the bottom right of your Form Builder screen if the chat support is enabled.
Keep in mind that JotForm has 3 Million users so we cannot guarantee a chat support to all of the users.
