Please help. I'm trying to create a form and collect payment but the payment providers are grayed out and not available. Please help. This is the only reason I purchased this and it's the first problem I have. I'm working on this all night, please tell me what I'm doing wrong.

When I check your form whose unique form ID is "73127444984161", I see that you have already a payment integration in your form. You have been using "Square" payment tool and please note that you can only use one payment tool at once in your form.
To check your "Square" settings, please click on the "Add Form Element" button on the left corner and then select the "Payments" tab. You will see an "Edit" link beside the "Square" tool. You are able to check out your "Square" credentials by clicking on the "Settings" button which is on the right side of the panel.
If you wish to change the payment tool which you have been using, you need to delete the current one first. Please click on the "Remove" button and rest assure this process won't remove your products. Your products will remain.
