My account has been disabled because of going over the 10 secure uploads...BUT...

When I built the form I never checked the box to make the form secure! I use Jot forms for my students to upload assignments. 12 of them did over 2 days and it was only then that I saw the alert and your email. In the past when I've built forms the default was to be unsecure, now it is the other way around and there was no notification from you at all. In addition it was not easy to find the directions for changing the forms to non-secure. I did do that as soon as I I figured out how to and also deleted all of the uploads. I do not think it is either fair or ethical for you to disable an account or form in this manner!

I like using Jotform and until now everything has worked well. Please reinstate my forms or I will be forced to find another form development site.

Thank you for your attention to this issue,

    Hi Steven,

Apologize for the inconvenience that may have caused. This past days, our development team migradated our database to a powerful server cloud and this may caused a data replication problem/delay between our servers, so some of the counts were increased incorrectly. I will now re-activate your account and resets submission quota.

    Thank you!
