Why is my calculation widget not populated with the value entered on a text box field?

And one more question. When I enter an amount in each of the fields for funds, the amount populates the payment module. When I enter an amount in the last field "Other Amount" below the field "Other Fund" it does not. Once again, what have I missed?

I have been testing your form and noticed that the entered amount updates properly. I can see the other amount field has been properly included on the calculation widget:
