I never downloaded a key and never saw anything that alerted me to saving a private key while creating my form. I cannot view any of the submissions now. Please help!

Apologies for the challenges you are facing. When you first enable the form encryption, the key will be downloaded to your computer. Kindly try searching in your computer for the filename "jotform.key". This file is normally in the Download Folder.

Unfortunately, we cannot retrieve a lost key as the key is not stored in the server. If you do not find your key then you may loose your data.

My recommendation would be you turn off encryption so that new submissions are not encrypted.
