I NEED HELP EXPORTING DATA

    I have created a jot form that is user friendly for what i need. However i need the export of data to a google sheet in a different format? 


    See example of export in the screenshot attached.

    I don't think this is possible using direct spreadsheet integration. I recommend to use Zapier in pushing your data to spreadsheet.

    You can use one of those Zaps to customize your spreadsheet.
