How can I view the emails from the time I got my phone

How can i view the emails from the time I got my phone to I can weed them out. My acct keeps saying loading more emails but it doesn't. It's stuck on Oct 6. Please help me.

I checked the email address (laurielopez47@gmail.com) and I did not see any account associated with it. 

Could you please provide the form URL or the website where the form is embedded so we can investigate it further?
