How to remove 'create Jotform' message after form has been submitted

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

I recently allowed google as a third party to integrate my jot form into my 

google spreadsheet.

After the customers submit the form, they get this message.

"Now create your own JotForm - It’s free!" (button create your jotform)

How can I remove this message please?

The JotForm Branding can be removed once you have a paid subscription. There are no other options to remove branding at this time.
