Cannot Cancel my Subscription

    good morning!

    my home has just been devestated from hurricane Irma and this my business has gone under. Hoping I can downgrade for now to a free package until I am up and running again.

    Hi again @Roskoc, sorry to hear your business got affected by the hurricane. A free plan allows 100 submissions per month, but I have permanently increased the submissions limit in your free account up to 200 per month, in case it might do some good in your business in a near future.
