Question icons appearing on my email responder.

I am creating an automatic "Certificate" with names inserted and badge images on an email responder.  As I test it from the actual link, the email I receive has little question mark icons on it.  I want to get rid of those because it is a certificate.

I am not sure what was causing this issue. I edited your form's auto-responder email and removed some extra spaces and that seems to have solved your problem. I did test your form and the auto-responder I received seems to display correctly. Please check the screenshot below:

I would suggest you to please test your form and get back to us if the issue persists.

Yes I Found a way to fix it by putting the images into a table
