The notification about "Download All Uploads" is not received

    In the meantime, I'm still waiting the email from you regarding "Download all Uploads", I have been waiting approximately 3 to 4 hours, which is not acceptable. If you need someone to wait for it, please state a time range or a notification email. For example: "We are getting your documents in the pack, will be ready within 24 hours". Since then, I will have the piece of mind and check my emails next morning rather than keep refreshing the Inbox, and I'm in worry and frustrate.

    Please understand what we are expecting from you. I hope this feedback form could help you to develop your product in a good shape.

    Please be noted that it may not be possible to estimate the time frame since different forms occupy different files and different storage spaces and the calculation of the storage space might further load on the servers which would increase the delay.

    I have checked the email history log of your account and see that the email has been sent notifying that the downloads are ready to download along with the link. Please see the screenshot below:
