How to add email headers and texts to form notifications?

    We're hoping that it's possible that our disclosures typed on a jotform can be transferred to the submission form we receive when an application is submitted. This is important for us to be able to show that the person who submitted the form is aware and agreed to the disclosures stated on the form.

    Please let us know if this is possible.

    Thank you for contacting us. Upon checking your submissions I have seen that your notification most fields have been removed from the notification.

    To add terms to your email you will need to coy and paste the terms in the email notification as shown below:

    You can also enable headers in submissions so that if you want to send PDF attachments it will contain these headers in the attachment. To do so follow guide below.
