Why my new forms only allow one question per page?

It seems like something has changed within the last few days and now when I am creating new forms, the default is that there is a "next" button associated with every question, and essentially each question is on its own page.  Is there a way to return to having multiple questions per page, or to turn off this feature?  

You can change your form layout to multiple questions in one page format.

Go to Settings->Form Settings->Show More Options

then scroll down to the option called "Form Layout" and select All questions in one page option.
