Required fields are submitted blank

    This issue is getting worse and I have been clearing the form cache regularly.

    I have another issue crop up on this form where there are two submissions without mandatory fields

    1. Name
    2. Email
    3. Phone number

    This has never happened. This is huge issue as we now have no way of contacting the person who filled the form. Please investigate and advise.

    Hi Jay,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked every resource to find out if there's data on these fields when it was submitted but with no luck. It always appear like it's been submitted while it's blank. I've forwarded this to our Developer Team for further review. Once we receive a response, we will update you on this thread immediately.
