    I upgraded to a premium account last month because of a notice that I had exceeded my SSL submission quota.

    1. How do I disable SSL submissions on a form. I don't need it. I cannot identify which of my forms even has SSL

    2. I am still getting notices threatening to disable my forms if I don't upgrade to a premium account. I already upgraded last month

    Hi Nicole,

    I have just sent you an email from our support inbox on this issue. 

    You have now been upgraded to Premium. The automated upgrade didnt associate your subscription payment with your JotForm account.

    Again I am very sorry for any undue worry this has caused you.
