    I have a HTML form from dreamweaver that looks like this:

    <form id="form1" name="form1" method="get" action="quote.html" class="fpos2"><label>

    <input TYPE="text" value="e.g. £10,000" onblur="if(this.value == '') { this.value='e.g. £10,000'}" onfocus="if (this.value == 'e.g. £10,000') {this.value=''}" name="debt"  />

                         <br />

                         <br />

                         <input type="image" src="images/submit.png" border="0" alt="Submit Form" />

    We curently use another form builder, and the value is passed over ok, when we try this with your form solution we can't get it to work, even by changing the: name"debt"

    How would I pass the entered value over to the main form please? If you solution can do this, I would be happy to upgrade. Also, when creating forms with drop down menus, the drop down is always positioned slightly to the left by 2px? How do you eliminate that?

    1. Create a new JotForm form by going on

    2. Click on "Text Box" on the left side to add a new text box field.

    3. Click on the new field to select the question. You will see toolbar change. Click on "Hint Example" button and enter "e.g. £10,000".

    4. Save your form.

    5. Click on "Setup & Share" on the toolbar tabs and then click on "Embed Form",

    5. Copy the form code provided when you click on "Embed" button to your web site.

    That's all.
