I tried refreshing the page, but no changes. How can I solve the problem? Should I wait for a few time to see my form updated? Something other?
I noticed with the premium account of my web-agency I do not have this kind of problem, is it because I'm working with the free plan for this form?

Apologize for the inconvenience that may have caused. This past days, our development team migrated our database to a more powerful server cloud which may caused some replication delay/issue and they are already aware of this issue which they are working now. As solution for this issue to fixed, on the embed code on your website, just simple change http://form to http://www.

I use Jotform from some months and It's really the best tool for creating form on the web!
