Using Jotform with Zapier to send data to Ontraport, Xero

Hi I need to create zaps to integrate a Jotform order form with OP and Xero.

The problem is that when I use 'Name' preformatted field in jot form, it outputs the data in one field instead of preserving the individual fields (title, first, last). It does the same with 'address'. This makes it useless for mapping to OP and Xero.

Can I adjust the settings or do I have to make each of these an individual field thereby sacrificing the country and state dropdowns.??

You could delete the native full name field, and use regular Short Text Entry fields. Same would be for the address field, and for the country and state you could user widgets such as:

    1) https://widgets.jotform.com/app/country_picker

    2) https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/us_state_picker

If the Zappier integration can not map them, then you would need to use Shorty Text Entry fields to have users manually inputting this information, or sacrificing the country and state fields.

You could also use the Zapier text formatter action to split the text.  This does add a couple of steps to your zap.  However, it's easy to do and makes the data you gather from Jotform more OT and Xero friendly.
