The form is no longer allowing us to enter dates and states that "the date is not valid. The date format is mm.dd.yyyy" We are clicking straight from the calendar and it completes the date with this format. This is a new issue.

is this the form you are working on http://www.jotform.us/form/50746502035145?
I am not able to replicate the issue you reported.
Also, the separator is set to '-' inside of the Form Builder.
Were you able to resolve the issue you reported?
If the issue is related to some other form, please provide us the ID of that form.
If the form is embedded, provide us the webpage URL.
