I cloned a form but the it doesn't look entirely the same

I cloned a form but the it doesn't look entirely the same . on one form I have a scroll down menu to answer questions. On the other form it's giving me a individual  page for all the questions . How do I fix this 

You do not have any form on your account. Have you deleted your cloned form? 

I think that the issue you reported is related to the form layout. Most likely the original form was created in 'All Questions in One Page' layout and your cloned form had 'Single Question in One Page' layout. 

Please clone the form again and then change the layout of your cloned form. This can be done on the Form Settings page. 

If the forms still do not look the same provide us the links of both forms.
