    Attachment file is not working.... 404 Not found

    Hi, 

    I have created two forms for my website. I'm recieving the other field's data by email but I'm not getting the attachments. There is an error of 404 Not found.

    Can anyone tell me what is the problem?

    I think we're getting the same issue with our site .... the URLs are being published as jotform.co and changing them to jotform.com fixes it.  So either the URL is malformed or the jotform.co server is having issues.  I'm hoping a moderator will notice this and give some advice/fix.  Sajjad, if you change the URL on the linked email to jotform.com, you'll be able to get your attachment.

    We're currently having issues with uploaded file links

    The developers are very aware of it so they should resolve this issue soon, in meantime  please replace "submit" with "www" in the URL.

    Never mind, I see how this workaround will work.  Good luck fixing this!

    Previously I wrote:

    This does NOT apply!  I get a gmail and the .jpg file that is attached gives me a 404 error.  My users do NOT have access to my JotForm account with my credit card info -- even if I could somehow use www instead of submit and see the photos people are sending of their lost dogs.

     

    This is not a workaround for me.  Is this even the same problem?

    Yes, this is the same problem

     

    Then all you have, to do is change the beggining of the form  from submit to www
