I had cancelled my subscription a couple days ago before the re-billing date of today. However, after logging into my paypal account today, I see I was billed again, when I clearly had cancelled earlier this week.
I am kindly asking to be fully reimbursed for the upcoming month before I launch a formal complaint.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. I have checked our records and see that the cancellation and the charge occurred on the same date. Since the account subscription is being paid using PayPal, it is required to cancel the subscription from PayPal itself. I have forwarded the refund request to our manager for the last charge and cancellation of the subscription. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to reflect the refund amount on your account statement. Your account is now downgraded to Free.
