- Keith BrunsonAnswered on November 16, 2017 at 06:43 PMUnfortunate that you don't offer phone support because there are people out here in the world are you doing business with you getting your money and just because you're in your 20s and you're in San Francisco and you're having a really big life doesn't mean that you have to know call shoulder people who need to talk directly to you versus to a computer/understand why you guys are all sitting there smiling and everything because you're making a lot of money and things are going great but don't you realize at some folks need help out here good grief if you choose to do so take a look at my site cannabis clinics of America.org and compare it to Omni medical services and whatever they're doing it's what I want to do because I'm not getting any results and they are we're both clients so if you care about such things then please respond/email is: firstname.lastname@example.org

While we do not have phone support, it does not mean that we do not provide support at all.
Concerns that reach to us often require time for analysis, testing, and understanding as they are of technical matters, and some details on the information shared are too explicit that it would really be preferred that the information be written and sent by email or via here in the forum.
Also, some instructions we provide would sometimes require visuals for better understanding. This helps our users being able to understand how to use JotForm. For this reason, we hardly get to need to use voice contact services. So although we do not have phone support, our way of providing support and assistance is by discussing your concerns here in the forum or by email to email@example.com.
Now with regarding your concern, I just checked your form, made a test submission here: https://www.cannabisclinicsofamerica.org/book-now/. What I found is that the submissions went through just fine.
If your concern is to viewing your submissions. I recommend to please visit this link and follow the guide here: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions
If your concern is the receiving of email alerts, I also checked your email history but it shows that the emails were sent. With this, I recommend to please check your email account's spam folder to see if the missing emails possibly have landed there.
But if none of these are your concerns, we will be grateful if you can provide us more details about your concern so we can address right away.
