We use jotform for internal forms in our company. I accidently created a form with Social Security numbers for new employees. We never used that form or had any submissions. Jotform has now, after years of business, suspended my account, which had mission critical forms we use in our business. Can anyone use common sense, delete whatever form you had the problem with and reactivate my account?
