Submit form element disappear when clicking on Print Form button

When saving our NASC Round 2 application on Jotform, all the other tabs (submit, print) disappeared from the bottom of the form. The form is completed and ready to submit but we can’t do so without recovering the submit tab. Any suggestions?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I assume you're referring to the NA Safety Contest Round 2 2023 form, correct? If so, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

As a precautionary measure, I've cleared the cache of your form. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

Thank you. It appears that when the print button is clicked on (at the bottom) it is still causing this issue. Any suggestions?
