I've built a form and have embedded it on my website but I tried to test it, it says that the form is disabled (see screengrab). Any ideas what to do?

Your account went over the upload storage limit (100MB) for free accounts.
It is currently at 734MB.
You will have to upgrade your account in order to enjoy uninterrupted service. You may also choose to delete the form submissions that contain files and wait until the beginning of the following month when your account limits are reset.
