What happens when you reach your limit of submitted forms?

Asked by mfiery on September 14, 2012 at 10:50 AM

If I have the 2nd level pacakge which allows for 1,000 submissions of a form in a month, what happens when I get the 1001st submission? Is it not accepted? Or do I get pushed into the next tier, or receive some additional charge?

Once you reach the submission limit the forms will stop working and it will be disabled, users will not be able to submit data using the form. Before the forms are about to be disabled you will receive and email notification, the forms will only be reactivated once you upgrade to next level or wait for the first day of the next month when the quota limit resets.

    Thanks for using JotForm!
