Scale Rating Element

    Is there a way to add a "N/A" option to a Scale Rating element?  Currently I have a 1-5 rating, but I want the available to add a Not Applicable answer so we don't skew the results?

    I'm afraid the scale rating field doesn't have a n/a or reset option.

    1. A workaround is to use the numeric slider widget.

    2. Or we can create a reset option

    For example:

    Here we use a single check box to clear the value of the scale rating. The condition looks like this:

    We pass a blank space to the scale rating to reset it.
