Unable to scroll to payment section

Hi, for some reason I can't scroll down to the payment area of my form. I am not sure what is wrong. I also don't want any empty blank space, which I find there is but I don't know how to remove it.

I checked your form and was able to navigate to the payment section:

As for the spacing, there are several extra mobile responsive widgets added to the form:

Each one is inserting a small space in the form.  Remove all but one of those widgets to reduce the spacing.
