We're not receiving any email confirmations or submissions any more from.

Have you checked the spam or bulk folders in your email? There are instances that the emails coming from Jotfom may have been caught by your email's spam filter. It would help if you add JotForm to your email's whitelist.
I would also suggest to please check your form if you have notifications set up. If you don't have please create a notification by clicking on 'Add New Email'.

Hi thanks but yes I have set up notifications and we've checked our spam we still don't seem to be getting comfirmations nor is the user receiving thank you emails

Your email address was added to our bounce list because notifications sent by our server are being rejected by your mail provider.
Below is the exact reason for the bounce:
Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 550-'5.7.1 Message rejected as spam by Co=
I have removed your email from the bounce list, but to make sure that this does not happen again, configure your notification to use firstname.lastname@example.org as its Sender Email.
Also, I suggest that you have our IP's added to your mail host's whitelist. You may contact your hosting support for more information about the aforementioned solution.
