Redesign

Suddenly there seems to be a redesign when I'm creating a new form? I can't place field below each other, they all get their dedicated page in the form sequence.

How can I fix this?

Are you referring to sing form layouts?

If so, you can easily create a one page form here.

Just go to create form and choose All questions in one page form

If you need more assistance can you give the link to your form so I can clone it.

Thanks for your response. When I click Create New Form I get the following options:

I can't seem to choose an All-Question-in-One-Page form.

Ok, if All-Question-in-One-Page form cant be seen you can also change it from the Form settings.

Open your form in build mode and then click on the Settings tab,

Scroll down to change the Form layout option.
