I seem to have forgotten my password so I requested to reset it. The link came & I did the reset but I still cannot log in as it says auto suspend

I have checked and your account has bee suspended hence reason even after password reset requests you can not access the account.
Kindly confirm we can delete the password field then we will activate your account.
