I have a form that used to have links/images in the menu choices. I recall them working up until about a week ago.
Now the URL / images are no longer active.
Please look at my form and click on Quick Links
It should show you a link of menu options with a green/yellow/red circle next to each one - which is then linked to the URL.
Neither the images or URL works anymore.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience this is causing you. To fix the issue, you can try to update all the "double-quotes" that you used in the field options to a 'single quote'.
