How tow enable form submit content by using submit button

Hi,

I was able to customize the rest of my form and I added PayPal with the account # and everything but it does not work when I preview the form, instead goes to a blank page with my header and the back button. I tried this on Chrome and Internet Explorer with the same results. I allowed PayPal to function without API credentials. How do I get my PayPal widget to show up and work? I already created the product I want to sell and it shows up just fine.

I have checked your form and noticed it does not have submit button hence the challenge you are facing. I cloned your form and added the submit button and I was able to be re-directed to the Paypal page for payment.
