We're no longer using Jotform, but you have my credit card on file and we're still getting charged. How can I cancel my service?

Since you have mentioned that you are no longer using JotForm and you are looking to cancel your subscription, I have canceled it effective immediately and refunded the last payment in full.
The amount will reflect on your account within the next 5 to 10 business days.
