Why is my cloned form so different than original?

    I have cloned a form that I built on jotform but the clone does not have page breaks or headers like the original. What is going on?

    Please go to Settings->Form Settings->Show More Options

    Scroll down to the option called "Form Layout" and change it to All question in One page.
