Gift Registry extension not working anymore

Is it only for me that the Gift Registry extension is not working?  The remaining count is not updating when user selects an option.

I tried to clear the forms cache, create a new form.  Nothing works.

We request you to follow-up on the other thread if you have any questions in this regard. Please be noted that it is not required to open multiple threads for the same issue. We will be addressing all the questions in the order they come in and as assigned.
