My account downgrade is not working

    I have had a Premium account for about a year or so (loved it), but I am ready to downgrade to Basic for now. When I try to, I get this message from Paypal - "The unsubscribe button you clicked through is invalid. You can find the status of all subscriptions in your transaction history."

    I ended up canceling my subscription manually through Paypal, but just thought I would let you guys know.

    Hmm, sounds like a possible bug so I will inform our developers of it and thank you for bringing that to our attention. I can see that your downgrade did come through after you canceled it and you are currently scheduled to downgrade on 10/12/12.

    I would like to extend my gratitude by thanking you for using JotForm on behalf of our staff and I would also like to remind you that if you ever need to accept more submissions inthe future again you can just as easily Upgrade again.

    Thank you, Jotform Premium worked really well for what I needed at the time.

    I'm also trying to downgrade during our off-season. I get taken to Plimus when I choose to downgrade, and was able to log in. However, I don't see what I am supposed to do next. It doesn't show that I have any subscriptions or recurring charges.
