Verifying Personal Information

    Hi! We are trying to set up online payment methods for our upcoming church events, but as we are verifying our info-- it won't let us input a Canadian Address. We have been using WePay through the YouCaring site to receive ministry donations so far, and are hoping that there is something that can be done to help us get started on other projects. We are now trying to use JotForm for class registrations. Please help!

    To clarify: Does that mean there is no Canadian Account option for Jotform?

    The country is dependent on the Payment Method you use. As per checking, WePay supports Canada. I think this is related to the verification of your account with WePay. Please do check the concern on WePay support.
