How responsive is Jotform customer support?

    If someone filling out my form encounters a problem or the form is not working properly, what is the process for them to resolve the issue?

    How quickly will their issue be addressed?

    As the form administrator, will I have access to any support requests about my form?

    If a user reports a problem about my form to me, will I be able to access support to help resolve the issue with their submission?

    If your users encounter and issue when filling the form they can contact you to report the problem then you can contact us through our forum as you have just done.You can use the email: support@jotform.com or the following link to send your request to support forum: https://www.jotform.com/contact/

    Please note that our forum is monitored 24/7 and we provide the same support for all of our users, free and paid. 

    The response time will change based on the number of requests we're getting, our current average time is 1:37:23.
