customizable email is not working

    I keep changing the customizable recipient email in the lower right hand corner...but when I do a test email it keep sending it to the email that I used to set up my jotform account.

     

    Recap:  even though I change the recipients email to tickets@krayonkids.org when I do a test it sends the test email to mail@gymnastjudge.com.

    Hi,

    The 'Test Email' button found in the Notification emails are meant to be like this.

    When you 'test' the email notification it will only send the test data consisting of unanswered fields to the email address of the form author.
