Conditional Logic and populating cells with previously entered information

    Hi, I am looking to put in a check box that if I tick (using conditional logic)  will take previously entered information and populate particular cells. For example see last page on form below. By adding a tick box, I could take the information from page 1.

    Hello,

    Yes you can do that, just use the conditional logic .

    Here is a screen cast of my sample form:

    To be able to do this you need to use UPDATE/CALULATE FIELD

    Then get the value of your check box ,IF check box is equals to YES

    Retrieve the Value of the field you want to copy.

    FROM: "Get the value of the field you want"  and TO: copy its value to your desired field or cells.
