    Hello,

Correct me if I am wrong, you want to add a pdf format of your terms and conditions instead of a url of a webpage?

If so,you can embed your pdf to your form by using this widget: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/pdf_embedder

But do note that you need to upload your pdf (terms and conditions) to a hosting site. If you don't have a hosting site you can use Google Drive or DropBox to get the URL link of your pdf.

Here is a guide on how to display a pdf in your form.

I hope this information helps you.

    Best Regards.

You could use Short Scrollable Terms widget and paste your terms text into the box:

That will work as Terms field which your customers have to check in order to submit the form.

    Hope it helps.

    Thank you!
