I need help to login

    I am trying to login into my acount. But it´s been a problem.

    Every time o login, I can only use for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes the screen shuts down and ask me to login. And after I fill in my username and password, I press the sign in button. And a massege in red comes out saying Login failed - AUTOSUSPENDED  

    I even did another acount, but i still have the sabe problem.

    What is going on??

    Your account got automatically suspended by our anti-phishing filter tool. I checked the "Clube de Negócios" form and I can see that you're asking for login information. As per our terms of use, asking for login information is not allowed here in JotForm.

    We need to remove the guilty fields so we can re-activate your account. If that is okay with you, let us know so we can proceed.
