External page: Can we have a button to modify submission?

If we use an external page, is it possible to still include a button to modify their submission?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Do you want to include an external link in your form? If you add a link for the form submission on the Thank You page, that will redirect people to the second form once the first form is submitted. Let me show you how to set that up: 

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Thank You Page.
3. Now, select Show a Thank You Page after Submission and paste the following URL for the submission edit. That's it, you're done.
4. In the Insert link dialog, enter the following under URL:

https://www.jotform.com/edit/{id}

Below is the screenshot image which shows you how the Thank you message page redirects you to edit the original form submission.
