Why is my account deactived?

    Hi There,

    I have recently upgraded my plan, the account is saying it is suspended and my clients cannot submit my documents online.

    This is holding up my business practices and i don't believe i've used 9,000 submissions, please check your system for an error as the issue is now unresolved for four days.

    I have now reseted your submissions counter. We have problems with submissions counter recently but it should be fine by now.
