Any update on Dynamics CRM integrations?

This has been something "raised with developers" since early 2013 and Zapier as an option isn't always ideal.

Is their actually a plan to develop the integration or is this a question that will just be deflected every time it's asked?

Unfortunately, we do not have any updates regarding on Dynamics CRM integration. I also cannot provide you and proper response if there is a plan for developing the integration.
