Not Receiving Notification Emails

I am not receiving notification emails for the following form when submitted:

Please advise.

I have checked your email history and found that, submission email has been sent to your notification email.

Also, I found 2 notification email setup under your email settings with both the same email address. You can delete one if you don't need it.

Please check your spam folder in your gmail.
